Jersey Shore Contractors On Linked In
For Jersey Shore Contractors who are looking to build your network, I want to let you know that I recently started a Linked In Group called Jersey Shore Contractors. You can access it by clicking this link.
We currently have about 50 Jersey Shore Contractors in the private group and it has been a good place to have discussions, take surveys, post articles, and generally get to know one another and network with other like-minded contractors.
I am sure that not every builder and contractor is on Linked In. After all, most Jersey Shore Contractors I know are currently busier than they have ever been. They’ve been working all day, driving around to check on their various jobs, and coming home at night to do paperwork, draw up estimates and proposals, pay bills, send invoices, and all the rest of the activities for which a business owner is responsible.
I’m in the same boat. It’s just hard to juggle everything in one day. However, since becoming involved with Linked In over the past 2 months, I have seen tremendous value in it – both as a lead generation platform for my business and as a way to connect with other business owners and managers to discuss ideas and build relationships. I try to make it a point to spend 15 minutes every day on Linked In, either reading articles, posting articles, or engaging with other people.
So if you are on Linked In and would like to join our Jersey Shore Contractors group, just click this link. I approve all submissions manually and do my best to keep it a local group.
I am on Twitter, Facebook, and Linked In, and by far, I am able to add and receive the most value from Linked In. I hope that many Jersey Shore Contractors are able to get started and see the type of value it can provide for your business.
